The Principals of our company have personal experience with close family members and friends who have suffered from being overweight and unfit. We have seen the toll that it took on our loved ones health and well being. We have lived the range of emotions experienced by the family members around them.

The Kingley Institute was born out of these intensely emotional experiences. Not surprisingly, our staff have devoted significant portions of their careers working with people to help them lose weight and become fit.
