We are seeking
world class registered dietitians to join
our growing medical wellness business in
either or both of our Iselin and Piscataway,
NJ locations. We help our clients lose
weight, get active, and treat medical
conditions where diet and fitness are proven
effective. We do this by providing medical
nutrition and fitness therapy on an
outpatient basis. Most of our clients are
referred by physicians to treat obesity, DM,
HTN, Hyperlipidemia, CAD, GI complaints, and
many other medical conditions.
This position offers you the opportunity to
counsel patients, collaborate with our
outstanding team of dietitians and exercise
physiologists, work closely with many
referring physicians to both coordinate
client care and to explain how our services
benefit the physician�s patients and medical
practice, conduct state-of-the-art
diagnostic testing to measure metabolism and
body composition, and to continue to develop
our market leading programs.
The ideal candidate will share our passion
for providing our clients outstanding
results and delivering an outstanding client
experience. We work hard and have fun so we
value a strong work ethic and the ability to
laugh. We also like those who are
self-starters and take the initiative. We
would expect that you are motivated to keep
up with the latest developments and research
in the nutrition field and that you embrace
the healthy lifestyle that we espouse. You
must be a registered dietitian and we would
love it if you were credentialed with a
range of health insurance companies
(although we will get you credentialed if
you are not). We�d prefer someone with or
pursuing a Masters degree. Having a CDE is a
plus but not required. Computer proficiency
(MS Windows and MS Office) is important.
We offer a very competitive salary, an
attractive benefits package, and a
complimentary membership in our medical
fitness facility. In return, we would expect
you to work at least 40 hours a week
including either some evenings (until 8:00 /
9:00 PM) or some mornings (starting at 6:00
/ 7:00 AM) along with one to two Saturdays
per month (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) and contribute
to the fun dynamics of our team.

We are seeking world
class exercise physiologists to join our growing
medical wellness business in our Iselin,
Piscataway, Short Hills, Edgewater, and Wayne NJ
locations. We help our clients lose weight, get
active, and treat medical conditions where diet
and fitness are proven effective. We do this by
providing medical nutrition and fitness therapy
on an outpatient basis. Most of our clients are
referred by physicians to treat obesity, DM, HTN,
Hyperlipidemia, CAD, orthopedic complaints, and
many other medical conditions.
You will supervise our clients' fitness
sessions. You will also design appropriate
fitness and conditioning programs for our
clients. You will hold regular reviews with our
clients to monitor their progress. You will
conduct state-of-the-art fitness testing for our
clients covering VO2 max, muscular strength and
endurance, flexibility, and balance.
The ideal candidate
will be experienced at serving deconditioned
clients, particularly those with chronic medical
conditions. You will be familiar with most of
the common medical conditions and understand the
appropriate exercise protocols and resulting
benefits. You will be a team player who will
work well with our registered dietitians,
personal trainers, and other exercise
physiologists. You will have an outgoing
personality, be a good motivator, and have a
positive and sunny disposition. We work hard
and have fun so we value a strong work ethic and
the ability to laugh. We also like those who are
self-starters and take the initiative. You will
have had some experience with personal training
so that you are used to working with people.
You will be certified by either or both of the
American College of Sports Medicine or American
Council on Exercise. We are looking for both
Masters and Bachelor's candidates for full and
part-time positions.

As part of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of registered dietitians and exercise physiologists, you will focus on helping our clients with making behavioral change and dealing with emotional issues that contribute to weight gain or eating disorders. You will conduct both individual counseling and group sessions. Clients will be both insurance covered and fee for service. You either are or are willing to be credentialed with many if not all of the major insurance carriers (see the list of
insurance carriers) we work with. You will be a team player who will work well with our registered dietitians and exercise physiologists. You will have an outgoing personality, be a good motivator, and have a positive and sunny disposition. You will live our values of a healthy lifestyle. You will have your LCSW or the equivalent.
